Beatrice GHIOCA

Member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2013, Beatrice GHIOCA attended her studies in law at the Romanian-American University, Bucharest (Bachelor of Laws 2003). She also followed business studies at the Academy of Economic Sciences, Bucharest (Bachelor in International Economic Relations 2003). She holds a Master Degree in Technology Transfer and Innovation (2006) from University of Trieste, Italy.

She specializes more particularly in Business law, Corporate litigation, Tax law and Intellectual Property law.

She has worked for several years as Legal Practitioner in the financial industry, in Luxembourg.

Beatrice joined the law firm Schaeffer, Hengel, Geiben & Associés in 2011.
